PIZZA ROMANA

The Mark Olympia has been serving classic Italian food for more than two decades. We are now focusing only on Pizza alla Romana and have begun by serving Pizza al Taglio.

The Mark celebrates the balance of health and decadence. We enjoy to support local and organic agriculture as much as possible in our work.

Our Pizza alla Romana is both delicious and healthy. We use a precise mix of flour, water, sour dough yeast, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt. With a dough maturation time at 48 to 54 hours. During this process enzymes and yeast work together to breakdown sugars making our Pizza more digestible. Our guests love our crust that is crisp, but also, aerated and light.

There are no hidden animal fats in our preparation, the only oil used is extra virgin olive oil. We use our sea salt with moderation. This keeps our vegan pizza’s while quite tasty, much lower calorically, and exceptionally heart healthy.

WINE | BEER

The wines featured at The Mark Restaurant represent the work of artisans. Our wine list is meant to complement the menu rather than function as a showpiece.

Whenever possible, wines are selected based on those that favor grapes indigenous to their area of origin. The wine list changes regularly based on availability of the small batch wines we lean towards.

WINE LIST: Designed to complement our Pizza alla Taglio, most of our wines are from Italy.

BEER: We have selections from George Town and Matchless Brewing.

CORKAGE FEE: 18.00 per bottle

Date Night

The Mark has always been a wonderful spot for a fun, intimate, comfortable night out. Our Roman Pizza and Cafe style service design is casual and can cost 9.00 to 200.00. Dress up or be casual its all good. Escape the to do list, and just relax with friends, your spouse, or with that new person who might just be your new friend or next love interest. If your on a first date, you can always feel at ease and cared about here.

More than a few dates have resulted in good friendships and lovely weddings here at The Mark Olympia.
