We are always excepting resumes from confident, energetic, experienced dinner servers and/or bartenders with service experience. Our menu features certified organic Italian rustic cuisine. We strive to source ingredients that are produced locally and are ecologically sound. The restaurant\222s setting is sophisticated, yet intimate, and our service style is genuine and attentive, avoiding unnecessary pomp.
You must live within 30 min. of downtown Olympia due to the need for some flexibility. A minimum of one year of fast-paced, fine dining experience is required. We are seeking someone who would complement our already strong staff.
No phone calls. No email enquiries. Please drop off a resume in person--that is the first step in our interview process. Resumes can be dropped off in person at the restaurant after 5pm on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
